1. Absolute Discretion (The Zero-Footprint Rule)
- Strict Confidentiality: We protect all client identities, itineraries, and financial data behind secure, encrypted channels. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are standard operating procedure.
- Digital Blackout: Our team, crews, and partners operate under a strict zero-social-media policy. Taking photos, videos, or geotagging near client assets (jets, yachts, black cars) is strictly prohibited. Discretion means being invisible.
2. Safety Over Demand (The Uncompromised Line)
- Command Authority: The professional judgment of our pilots-in-command, yacht captains, and security drivers is absolute and final. If severe Norwegian weather or technical factors compromise safety, the asset does not move.
- Zero Pressure: We never pressure crews to bypass legal flight-time limitations or maritime safety protocols to meet a client’s timeline. Safety is our ultimate ethical boundary.
